How long is shipping and processing?

Due to a higher volume of orders processing periods will be extended during sales and holidays (eg. Black Friday, Boxing day etc.).

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to ship. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 10am-5pm MST

Once processed, the shipping timeframe will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. You will receive your tracking number once your order ships!

BB HAIR XO is not responsible, nor will refund for items sent back to us due to address error.

Is my package lost?

All BB HAIR XO packages travel with tracking information.

BB HAIR XO is not responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address. And is not responsible for refunding or sending a new package. You will need to contact the shipping company.

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address or to a secure pick up location to ensure that you receive it safe and sound without any issues

FedEx, UPS & Canada Post will make 3 delivery attempts to your provided address. If the three attempts are unsuccessful they will hold the package for 2 more business days at their facility. If the package is still not retrieved the package will be returned to us.

Packages that have been abandoned or returned to sender are subject to a $25 return to sender fee which will be deducted from your return. Packages that require to be re-shipped will be subject to a shipping fee.

BB HAIR XO is not responsible for refunding or replacing items sent back due to address error.

How much are international duties and taxes?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. BB HAIR & BEAUTY is not responsible for any duties/taxes added to your package. Customs policies vary so please contact your local customs office for further information.
By law, BB HAIR AND BEAUTY must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to decrease custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from BB HAIR & BEAUTY, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

What products can I use on my new extensions?

Use products for dry hair. The number one rule is keep your hair extensions MOISTURIZED!!

Purchasing sulphate free & alcohol free products will help prolong the wear of your new extensions and keep them looking fresh and new for the long run.

Using products that contain those ingredients compromise the integrity of the hair and will shorten the life of your hair extensions significantly.

Which items can I return?

We will accept your hair extensions back for an exchange, within 14 days of receiving, as long as they are unopened with the original hygiene seal intact. Due to hygienic policies, once the package has been opened, the hair becomes final sale. This applies to all orders as of 2021 and beyond.

You, the customer are responsible for exchange shipping charges. To begin the exchange process please send us and email to contact@bbhairxo.com, let us know your order number and the item you'd like to return and why. You will get a confirmation email with exchange shipping guidelines.

Do you offer warranty?

BB HAIR XO tries to provide the best quality hair extensions on the market in Canada & USA, but we understand that manufacturing defects and issues sometimes can and do happen. We are proud to stand behind the quality of our product and brand and offer a manufacturers warranty, as detailed below effective as of February 1, 2021:
 
BB HAIR XO extensions come with a, 30 day warranty starting when you receive your item. on our PREMIUM COLLECTION to protect against manufacturing defects, effective as of the original order date. Claims made outside of 30 days will be rejected immediately.

Extensions which are claimed as defective must be returned within 7 days of requesting the defect replacement. This limited warranty does not extend to non-manufacturing defects, including:
Defects which are from physical damage of the product by customer
Defects which from the improper use of the product (e.g., bleaching, colouring or treating the extensions or cutting the tabs or wefts)
Defects from attempting to change the product
Improper application of BB HAIR XO Product
Lighter, Ombre & Balayage colours are subject to fading. Fading will not be considered a manufacturer defect for warranty purposes.

Please make sure you include an order number which can be found in your order confirmation email. If you did not purchase the hair directly through BB HAIR XO please have your stylist reach out to us with the information.
